Dr. Richard Soley, Chairman & CEO, Object
Management Group As Chairman and CEO of the
OMG, Dr. Soley is responsible for the vision and direction
of the world's largest consortium of its type. Dr. Soley
joined the nascent OMG as Technical Director in 1989,
leading the development of OMG's world-leading
standardization process and the original CORBAŽ
specification. In 1996, he led the effort to move into
vertical market standards (starting with healthcare,
finance, telecommunications and manufacturing) and modeling,
leading first to the Unified Modeling Language (UMLŽ) and
later the Model Driven Architecture (MDAŽ). He also led the
effort to establish the SOA Consortium in January 2007,
leading to the launch of the Business Ecology Initiative (BEI)
in 2009. The Initiative now includes Communities of Practice
focused on the adoption of BPM and SOA, Green Computing,
Event Processing and Cyber Security.

William Ulrich, Co-Chair & President,
TSG, Inc.
William Ulrich is President of TSG, INC. and serves
as mentor, advisor and educator in theareas of business
architecture and business / IT alignment. He is Co-chair of
the OMG BASIG, Editorial Director of the Business
Architecture Institute and a Senior Consultant with Cutter
Consortium. He has published extensively and has written
several books.

Deb Boykin,
Business Process Management, Director, Pfizer, Inc.
Deb Boykin has over 30 years experience business
architecture and business process management. Prior to
joining Pfizer, Deb worked for several companies, mostly
recently Molson Coors. She is a contributing author to
"Business Process Management: The SAP Roadmap",
has received a number of industry awards and participates as
an industry partner expert for the master level BPM course
IS 601 at Widener University.

Greg Suddreth, Managing Director, STA
Group
Greg Suddreth is the Practice Director for STA's
Business Architecture & Strategy consulting practice
where he focuses on defining new methods and practices for
business architecture and overseeing real-world deployments.
He is the founder of the Business Architecture Community, a
founding board member of the Business Architecture Institute
and served on the Executive Council of the Business
Architects Association. Currently, Mr. Suddreth is
completing his book titled "Business Architecture - the
Path to Real Business Transformation", due out in
October.

Manager of Quality & Mission Assurance, GeoEye
An accomplished senior information technology leader and
business development executive, Mr. Klipp has enjoyed over
25 years of success planning, implementing, validating, and
managing sophisticated information technology initiatives
and programs--as an IT operations manager within the Federal
Government and technology sector. He has implemented and
validated over 20 major systems, against tight deadlines and
budgets, for diverse service, telecommunications, and
defense organizations.

Jeff Scott, Senior Analyst, Forrester
Research, Inc.
Jeff is a Senior Analyst for Forrester Research
primarily contributing to the Enterprise Architecture
offerings. He is a leading expert in business architecture,
strategy development, organizational innovation, and
enterprise architecture practice management. Jeff's current
research focus includes business capability maps, business
strategy development, and business-IT alignment.

Tom Mertes,
Director, IT Strategy and Planning, Thrivent Financial
for Lutherans
Tom has more than 30 years experience working in
many different roles in IT. In 2007, he led the
development of a multi-year $175 million IT
Modernization Program. Most recently, Tom is responsible
for aligning IT's strategies and plans to help Thrivent
attain its strategic goals. In addition to his IT
Strategy and Planning role, Tom is a Business Solution
Partner. In that role he is responsible for the
executive-level IT relationship management and planning
for one of Thrivent's primary business units.

Neal McWhorter, Co-Chair,
Partner, Enterprise Agility
Neal McWhorter is a management consultant and
Co-chair of the BASIG. He consults on a variety of business
and IT related issues including business architecture and
business analysis.

Bob Daniel, Chief
Technology Officer, Government Sector, Troux Technologies
Bob Daniel is the CTO, Government Sector, for Troux
Technologies. In that role he leads the specification of
product offerings and practices supporting the government
sector and has been active in the deployment of large-scale
enterprise architecture-based strategic IT planning
solutions for both government and commercial organizations.
As Troux's representative to the Object Management Group (OMG),
he participates in the Government Domain Task Force and
Business Architecture SIG. He led development of OMG
specification, Model for Performance-Driven Government
(MPG), and chairs its Finalization Task Force.

Dan Hebda, Vice
President of Technology, MEGA North America
Dan Hebda is responsible for the oversight of the
Information Technology, Pre-Sales and Technical Support
departments of MEGA North America. He has lead complex,
enterprise-wide engagements specializing in the fields of
Knowledge Management and Enterprise Architecture to support
organizational definitions and strategic objectives. He
works with clients to identify the best framework and
methodological approach to ensure continuity across multiple
projects. Through his experience and knowledge of modeling
techniques, Dan provides a comprehensive understanding of
the MEGA technology to supply direction on tool usage,
administrative design and product customization. He works
with companies to capture information, design business
processes, technical architecture and application
integration to ensure alignment with their corporate
strategic initiatives.

Jim Amsden,
Senior Technical Staff Member, IBM
Jim has over 20 years of experience in designing and
developing applications and tools for the software
development industry, and holds a Masters in Computer
Science from Boston University. Jim's interests include
Enterprise Architecture, contract-based development, agent
programming, business-driven development, JavaEE, UML,
and service-oriented architectures. He is the co-author of Enterprise
Java Programming with IBM WebSphere. Jim's current focus
is on finding ways to integrate tools to better support
agile development processes. He is currently responsible for
developing IBM Rational's Enterprise Architecture strategy
and tool support.
