EXHIBITION HOURS:

The Exhibit Area will be open on Tuesday, June 19th from 1230 to 1700 and Wednesday, June 20th from 1330 to 1700 and from 1800 to 2000 during the Technical Meeting Reception.

Space in the exhibit area is available to all companies (OMG members and non-members). Table top space is available on a first-come, first-reserved basis. We provide a 6' skirted table and electric power. You may utilize up to a 10' booth backdrop.  Additional equipment and services are available at exhibitor's expense.  For the Exhibitor Agreement, click HERE.

FEE SCHEDULE:

The fee schedule for exhibition space is as follows:

Contributing, Domain or Platform OMG Members: NO CHARGE
Influencing, Government, University, Trial or Analyst OMG Members: US$250.00
Non OMG Members: US$1,000.00

One exhibitor badge is included.  Additional exhibitor badges are available at US$200.00 per badge.  (Additional badges are not required for exhibitor personnel who register and pay the fee for the OMG Technical Meeting.)

Those requesting a table in the exhibition area will take responsibility for all shipping, setup, staffing and operating of their exhibition station. Use of the exhibition area is solely at the risk of the participating member. OMG assumes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or supplies.

  • Sign and Fax Exhibition Agreement to OMG ( Fax: +1-781-444 0320 )
  • Submit (by email) a BRIEF Exhibition or Company Description ( 2 paragraphs )
  • Submit Name(s) & contact information for exhibition attendant(s)
  • Have exhibition attendants register for the meeting here. **  
    ( ** Note in the 'Any Special Requirements' field  "Exhibitor Badge Registration" )
  • Submit Logo Files (hi-res .jpeg & .eps)
  • Submit Exhibitor’s Order Form (if payment is required) All submissions are due by Friday, June 1, 2012!

 

SHIPMENTS:

Exhibition material shipped to the hotel should not arrive before Friday, June 15, 2012.
