NEW DEMONSTRATION HOURS IN SANTA CLARA: 

The Demonstration Area will be open on Tuesday, December 9th from 1400 to 1530 and 1700 to 1800.  
On Wednesday, December 10th from 1330 to 1530 and from 1800 to 2000 (through the end of the Technical Meeting Reception).

Space in the demonstration area is available to all companies (OMG members and non-members). Table top space is available on a first-come, first-reserved basis. We provide a 6' skirted table and electric power. You may utilize up to a 10' booth backdrop.  Additional equipment and services are available at demonstrator's expense.  For Demonstration Agreement click here.

FEE SCHEDULE:

The fee schedule for demonstration space is as follows:

Contributing, Domain or Platform OMG Members: NO CHARGE
Influencing, Government, University, Trial or Analyst OMG Members: US$250.00
Non OMG Members: US$500.00

One exhibitor badge is included.  Additional exhibitor badges are available at US$200.00 per badge.  (Additional badges are not required for exhibitor personnel who register and pay the fee for the OMG Technical Meeting.)

Those requesting a table in the demo area will take responsibility for all shipping, setup, staffing and operating of their demo station. Use of the demonstration area is solely at the risk of the participating member. OMG assumes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or supplies.

  • Sign and Fax Demonstration Agreement to OMG ( Fax: +1-781-444 0320 )
  • Submit (by email) a BRIEF Demo Description ( 2 paragraphs )
  • Submit Name(s) & contact information for demo attendant(s)
  • Have demo attendants register for the meeting here. **  
    ( ** Note in the 'Any Special Requirements' field "Exhibitor Badge Registration" )
  • Submit Logo Files (hi-res .jpeg & .eps)
  • Submit Demonstratorís Order Form (if applicable) 

      All submissions due by Monday, November 24, 2008!

SHIPMENTS:

Demonstration material shipped to the hotel should not arrive before Friday, December 5, 2008.
