EXHIBIT HOURS:

The Exhibit  Area will be open on Tuesday, September 15th from 1400 to 1600 and Wednesday, September 16th from 1330 to 1600 and from 1800 to 2000 during the Technical Meeting Reception.

Space in the exhibit area is available to all companies (OMG members and non-members). Table top space is available on a first-come, first-reserved basis. We provide a 6' skirted table and electric power. You may utilize up to a 10' booth backdrop.  Additional equipment and services are available at Exhibitor's expense.  For Exhibitor Agreement, click here.

FEE SCHEDULE:

The fee schedule for Exhibitor space is as follows:

Contributing, Domain or Platform OMG Members: NO CHARGE
Influencing, Government, University, Trial or Analyst OMG Members: US$250.00
Non OMG Members: US$500.00

One Exhibitor badge is included.  Additional exhibitor badges are available at US$200.00 per badge.  (Additional badges are not required for Exhibitor personnel who register and pay the fee for the OMG Technical Meeting.)

Those requesting a table in the Exhibit Area will take responsibility for all shipping, setup, staffing and operating of their exhibit space. Use of the Exhibit area is solely at the risk of the participating member. OMG assumes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or supplies.

EXHIBITOR CHECKLIST:
  • Sign and Fax Demonstration Agreement to OMG ( Fax: +1-781-444 0320 )
  • Submit (by email) a BRIEF Exhibitor Description ( 1-2 paragraphs )
  • Submit Name(s) & contact information for the table attendant
  • Have the attendant register for the meeting here. **  
    ( ** Note in the 'Any Special Requirements' field  "Exhibitor Badge Registration" )
  • Submit Logo Files (hi-res .jpeg & .eps)
  • Submit Demonstrator’s Order Form (if applicable) 

      All submissions due by Monday, August 31, 2009!
