Mr. Naylor will address how the all-source threat to industry is fueled by our adversary's leveraging of the cyber domain, and in-turn, how the USG-Industry partnership can mitigate the associated risk. Essential to the mitigation is the partnership's ability to: recognize the nefarious activity, combine information from disparate databases, feed the analysts, inform the defensive mechanisms and instigate proactive actions.
