OMG’s Berlin, Germany TC to Feature
Business Architecture Innovation Summit and Cloud Standards
Customer Council Meeting
June 17-21, 2013, Berlin, Germany
Needham, MA – September 6, 2012 – OMG® will be in Europe
on June 17-21, 2013 for a Technical Meeting, sponsored by No
Magic, Sparx Systems and Transcentis. The Technical Meeting
at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin, Germany will feature a
Business Architecture Innovation Summit and a co-located
meeting of the Cloud
Standards Customer Council. There will also be tutorials
on OMG standards. Additional information and meeting

Business Architecture Innovation Summit –
Wednesday, June 19
Business architecture is enabling a variety of business
strategies and priorities in corporations and governments
worldwide. The Business Architecture Innovation Summit
will feature leading experts in business innovation and
transformation, capability and value mapping, ecosystem
analysis, funding and initiative analysis, standardization
and tooling, and business / IT alignment. The Business
Architecture Innovation Summit will focus on customer
cases studies, bringing attendees pragmatic deployment
stories from organizations that are benefitting from
business architecture.
Cloud Standards Customer Council (CSCC) Meeting –
Monday, June 17
The CSCC is an OMG end user advocacy group dedicated to
accelerating cloud’s successful adoption, and drilling down
into the standards, security and interoperability issues
surrounding the transition to the cloud. The Council is not
a standards organization, but will complement existing cloud
standards efforts and establish a core set of client-driven
requirements to ensure cloud users will have the same
freedom of choice, flexibility, and openness they have with
traditional IT environments. The Cloud Standards Customer
Council is open to all end-user organizations.
Anyone registered for the OMG Technical Meeting may
attend these events at no additional cost. Special event
pricing is available and walk-ins are welcome.
The early-bird registration deadline is May 10, 2013.
