OMG and its associated groups routinely video and audio record meetings, workshops, Information Days and other special events for our own business purposes. These recordings, both video and audio, may be published online and through other means. By attending an OMG or OMG-associated group's event, you consent to having your image and voice appear in these recordings.
NO RECORDING POLICY: OMG strictly forbids the use of 3rd party video or audio recording devices in all meetings including (but not limited to), gatherings, receptions, workshops, Information Days, co-located meetings and special sessions without the express written permission of OMG. Permission must be obtained in advance of the meeting and must indicate the intended use of the audio or video recording. Recording a meeting for public broadcast or financial gain is prohibited. Any unauthorized recording is subject to seizure without compensation.
