Theme Concepts This theme contains subject areas intended to support production reporting. The ARTS Data Model contains aggregation tables used for periodic accounting, unit control, audit and operational reporting. The inclusion of the FinancialLedgerAccount entity type within the model provides a mechanism for integrating the principal operating data model views: •Retail Transaction; •Tender Control; and •Inventory Control. The diagram below illustrates the context for the financial ledger and its relationship with source transactions, financial and stock ledger journal entries, stock ledger accounts and business unit-level financial reporting.
