Subject Area Concepts This subject area presents the entities used to handle kit sales. Kits are items (SKU's) that may be aggregated together into a new item. The new item is called an AggregateItem is an identifier and name for the set of items. The ItemCollection entity associates individual items in a kit to the AggregateItem. Some kit items may be made up of substitutable items which is captured in the ItemCollectionSubstitution entity. Kit items are used for representing fine china settings, furniture ensembles, audio component systems, etc. |
