  2. Discuss a potential RFI on needed standards, given that the NIST RFI on this subject is five years old and did not encourage international response 
  3. Further discussion or pre-drafting of the neural network interchange RFP

11:30--12:00  Ontology PSIG plans for the API4KP RTF(s) -- Davide Sottara (Mayo Clinic)
  • Overview of API4KP for those that aren’t familiar
  • Discussion of some of the extensions planned for the 1.2 RTF:
    • "Our current plan is to complete a few bug fixes and update the ontologies to use additional parts of the Commons Ontology Library for a 1.1 revision, which we are planning for June (motion on the agenda now to move it to the June meeting). After that, we plan to extend the APIs to support integration with LangChain APIs and tools for use with generative AI and LLMs, among other applications. The work to do this will be part of the 1.2 RTF, as it is in scope of the original RFP."
