The meeting is being planned on two successive mornings (Pacific time), plus an overflow slot in the early afternoon of Tuesday, in order to allow remote participation by people from Europe. The start times were chosen to accommodate members to attend the earlier meetings (new member welcome on Monday, cross-consortia welcome and keynote on Tuesday).
