Description:

Update Section 4.3 (RFC) to replacethe outdated and too-specific reference to the IPR requirements with areference to the current IPR with permalink (ABPSC-66). This is to become newP&P Version 4.1, document number pp/26-08-01.

Approve new Template for RFC Covering letters(document omg/26-08-01)
