Student Poster Session Program

The OMG poster session is open to individual full-time students, at the time of submission, for work recently performed while enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree program.

Poster submissions will be reviewed and refereed by members of the OMG Academic Working Group with support from topic-appropriate Task Force and Special Interest Group chairs.

Authors of accepted submissions will be invited to attend and present their posters during a special session at the OMG Technical Committee meeting

Poster Sessions available at these upcoming OMG Technical Committee Meetings:

(The author and their advisor will be invited as OMG guests to attend the poster session Wednesday from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm and to attend the OMG networking reception from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.)

Advisors must certify that the research presented on the poster involves only the work of students enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degree program at the time the work was performed. Posters that do not meet these criteria will be disqualified.

Each applicant can only submit one abstract. Co-authors can appear on the poster, but cannot be listed in the abstract submission nor can they participate in the oral presentation.

Authors must be present at the poster session. Please note all fields are required.
