Submitter: NIST (Engineering Design Technologies Group of the Manufacturing Systems Integration Division of the Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory of the National Institute of Standards and Technology). The "Engineering Design Technologies Group" link (http://www.mel.nist.gov/msid/groups/edt/) appears to be broken (or the site may simply be down). Is this link still valid? NOTE: Ram Sriram has said they will create an alias. This note to be left here until the link starts passing validation (2001-08-21)
