Dell and EMC Representatives Elected to OMG Board of Directors
Ten Board Members Are Re-Elected
Needham, MA- 10-02-2013-The Object Management Group (OMG®) is pleased to announce that representatives from Dell Inc. and EMC Corporation have been elected to the OMG Board of Directors. The election was held at the consortium's quarterly technical meeting in New Brunswick, NJ on September 24th.
"A member of the OMG Board of Directors should be passionate about open industry standards adoption and committed to driving future open standards processes," said Manish Patil, Director of Technology Strategy and Standards at Dell Enterprise Solutions Group. "I am very honored to have been elected and am looking forward to working with Dr. Richard Soley and the entire OMG leadership in this new role."
