| | 8:30 am - 8:45 am | Day 1 Recap | | The day 1 recap looks at experiences of each team and lessons learned. | | | | | 8:45 am - 9:15 am | Day 2 Breakout Session Objectives and Format Walkthrough | | This session presents value stream mapping breakout session objectives, introduces vertical industry focal points and outlines the structure of the day 2 breakout sessions. | | | | | 09:15 am - 10:00 am | Day 2 Mapping Principles & Guidelines Walkthrough | | This session discusses breakout session deliverables, presents value stream mapping principles and guidelines, provides breakout session templates and discusses the starting point for each team. | | | | | 10:00 am - 10:20 am | Morning Refreshment Break | | | | | 10:20 am - Noon | Value Stream Mapping Breakout Sessions | | In this session, each of the breakout teams drafts an initial subset of value streams for each industry sector, along with selected details for a subset of these value streams. | | | Noon - 1:00 pm | Lunch | | | | | 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm | Value Stream Mapping Breakout Sessions | | In this session, each breakout team continues value mapping with a focus on fully articulating 1-2 customer facing value streams for their industry sector. | | | | | 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm | Afternoon Refreshment Break | | | | | 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm | Value Stream Cross-Mapping Breakout Sessions | | In this final breakout session, each team will perform selected capability cross-mapping to their fully articulated value streams using the capabilities produced during the day 1 workshop sessions. | | | | | 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm | Day 2 - Mapping Results Walkthrough | | In this closing plenary session, each team summarizes and presents the results of their working sessions to each of the other teams.
