The cyber threat is sophisticated and evolving rapidly. Cyber TVRD must be communicated and understood. By having an ability to model TVRD and linking it to the architecture of the system, the cybersecurity community can develop short, mid-range, and longer-term mitigations across mission types, adversaries, and system upgrades.
