Announces Special Events at its Technical Meeting in Berlin,
Germany
All interested parties are invited to attend
Needham, MA- 05-01-2013-The Object
Management Group (OMG®) is pleased to announce that it will
be hosting a plethora of exciting special events during its
quarterly technical meeting at the Radisson Blu Hotel in
Berlin, Germany. The meeting will run from Monday, June 17th
to Friday, June 21st. The schedule of special events
includes:

Component Workshop
Monday afternoon. It will
provide a forum for practitioners to present and discuss
activities and direction for future Distributed, Real-time
and Embedded software intensive standards work.

DDS: the Intelligent Systems Backbone
Tuesday and
Wednesday. Featuring real-world case studies on DDS's usage
in multiple industries, this event will also include a short
tutorial on DDS's architecture and an in-depth tutorial on
the standard's capabilities. The ever-popular DDS
interoperability test will be a highlight of the two-day
event.

European Business Architecture Innovation
Summit
Tuesday and Wednesday. The summit will lead attendees
through cutting-edge concepts and best practices,
highlighting practitioner case studies. An impressive list
of presenters includes: Eric Karsten (Ford); Michael Clark
(JPMorgan Chase); and Tim Blaxall (Zurich Insurance
Services).

Summit on Evolving an Open e-Health Platform
Monday.
Uniting presentations and case studies with community
dialogue to chart a course for eHealth that is practical and
implementable, this summit will be highly interactive and
engaging for attendees, fostering an inclusive and
transparent community. The focus will be on Europe's unique
healthcare situation.

OMG Information Day (Sponsored by SIGS DATACOM)
Thursday. With a mix of OMG member speakers and other
well-known industry experts, various topics will be covered
with a particular focus, this year, on business process
management.
