Request to Use OMG Trademarks and Logos

This is a legal agreement; please fill it in and read it carefully before agreeing to it.

"Proposed Use" of OMG Trademarks and Logos:

Licensee requests a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the trademarks and logos of the Object Management Group, Inc. ("OMG") identified above (the "Marks") for the Proposed Use and for no other purpose. Licensee agrees to comply with the "OMG Trademark Usage Guidelines", as in effect from time to time. In the event of a material breach of this agreement by Licensee, the license granted by this agreement will terminate.

This agreement will be effective upon email acceptance by OMG. Compressed files containing the various file formats available will be sent by email.
