Exhibits Information

EXHIBITION HOURS:

The Exhibit Area will be open on:

  • Tuesday, December 10th from 10:00 to 17:00
  • Wednesday December 11th from 10:00 to 17:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00 during the Technical Meeting Reception.

Space in the exhibit area is available to all companies (OMG members and non-members). Table top space is available on a first-come, first-reserved basis. We provide a 6' skirted table and electric power. You may utilize up to a 10' booth backdrop.  Additional equipment and services are available at exhibitor's expense.  For the Exhibitor Agreement, click HERE.

One exhibitor badge is included.  Additional exhibitor badges are available at US$200.00 per exhibitor badge. 


Note: Additional badges are not required for exhibitor personnel who register and pay the fee for the OMG Technical Meeting.


FEE SCHEDULE:

Contributing, Domain or Platform OMG Members: NO CHARGE
Influencing, Retail, Government, or University OMG Members: US$250.00
Non OMG Members: US$1,000.00

Those requesting a table in the exhibition area will take responsibility for all shipping, setup, staffing and operating of their exhibition station. Use of the exhibition area is solely at the risk of the participating member. OMG assumes no liability for lost, stolen or damaged equipment or supplies.
