This document addresses the mandatory requirements of the Kernel, the Language, and Practice in the following: - It defines the Kernel and its organizations into three areas of concerns: Customer, Solution, and Endeavor. - It defines the Kernel Alphas (i.e., the essential things to work with), and Activity Spaces (i.e., the essential things to do). - It describes the Language specification, Language elements, and Language model. - It defines Language Dynamic Semantics, Graphical Syntax, and Textual Syntax. - It describes examples of composing Practices into Methods, and Enactment of Methods.
